Who can qualify?

• Customers must be 18 or over to participate.
• Customers must be from the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland.
• Customers betting online or in shop over the counter.

How do I qualify?

Sub Swap is available on selected competitions and markets. It applies to pre-match & in-play bets, including singles, multiples and Bet Builders (incl. selected enhanced offers). Available online and in retail shops (Over the Counter only, not on Self-Service Betting Terminals).

• Place a bet on any qualifying player market (e.g. Mo Salah to have 1+ Shot on Target).
• If your player is subbed off before the market settles, your bet automatically switches to the substitute.
• If that player is later subbed off too, the bet will pass on again - keeping you in the game until the final whistle.
• Look for the Sub Swap icon on markets and in your betslip to know when the feature is active.

Do I need to opt in?

• No. Sub Swap is applied automatically - no opt-in required.

What is the Sub Swap icon?

• A green ‘S’ Sub Swap icon will appear on every eligible market and competition.
• You’ll also see it in your betslip and My Bets section whenever Sub Swap is active.

What type of bets does it apply to?

Sub Swap applies to:

• Singles
• Multiples
• Bet Builder bets

What happens if more than one substitute comes on at the same time?

• The substitute linked to your bet will be determined using official match data.

Can I cash out my bet when the substitute comes on?

• No. Cash out is not available on Sub Swap legs. This may be available in the future.

Are winnings paid out in full?

• Yes. Any winning bets that include Sub Swap are paid out in full as cash when settled at full time.

Does Sub Swap apply to extra time?

• No. Sub Swap applies to 90 minutes of normal time only (including injury time, but not extra time or penalties).

What happens if the substitute is also substituted?

• Your bet will automatically pass on again to the next player who replaces them.
  For example: You back Erling Haaland. He’s replaced by Omar Marmoush, who is later replaced by Oscar Bobb. Your bet will pass from Haaland to Marmoush to Bobb. The original player will still show in your betslip, and the final player will appear as the one who finished the match.

Promotion Cancellation or Variation

We can cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with law or regulation, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or by giving you notice beforehand if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (such as a software fault or incorrect terms and conditions). Any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have commenced play in relation to the promotion prior to the communication date.

Prohibitions and Sanctions

BOYLE Sports reserve the right to void and/or withhold winnings from free bets and may close the account(s) if there is a legitimate need to amend the offer, such as if it is being abused or subject to fraudulent activity.
